This edition covers releases v2.22 through v2.26, shipped through July 2026. We will add v2.27 and beyond over the coming week or two. Schools are on summer break so these changes are already in place and ready for the fall term — consider this a preview of what your students will find when they log in.

A new Medication Verification screen is available for programs that want students to practise the verification step before administration. The screen shows a table of ordered medications with a 24-hour status column that tracks each verification entry across the simulation day. This is behind a feature flag and can be activated when you are ready to use it.
Alongside this, the Medication Administration Record (MAR) now displays embedded verification data directly on the MAR grid, so students see the full picture in one place.
Several lab screens have been refined:
Transfusion Medicine — The crossmatch section has been redesigned. ABO/Rh notes fields and a DAT Poly section have been added, giving programs more documentation options for blood bank scenarios.
Chemistry and Urinalysis — The technologist comments section has been restyled for clarity, and result interpretation sub-text is now displayed in its own area. Reference ranges and QC layout continue to be refined.
Hematology CBC — The L/N/H (Low/Normal/High) indicator on CBC values has changed from a radio button set to a dropdown, which is more compact and easier to use.
Microbiology — Media and notes fields have been added. Duplicate accession fields carried over from an earlier version have been removed.
Insulin order sets — which allow a sliding-scale dose structure — now contribute medication orders to the MAR. Previously, orders placed via the insulin order set did not appear on the MAR. That is now resolved.
The Best Possible Medication History intake form has received two rounds of additions: new clinical questions have been added across the form, and fields controlled by a checkbox now correctly hide and clear their values when the checkbox is unchecked. This keeps the submitted record clean and avoids confusion during grading.
Unsaved data warning — If a student has an open form or dialog and tries to switch to a different EHR tab, they now see a warning before leaving. This prevents accidental data loss when navigating mid-entry.
