Transfusion — Crossmatch graded result and interpretation
The blood transfusion crossmatch form now includes a graded result field (None/0, w+, 1+, 2+, 3+, 4+) and an Interpretation section, aligned with standard blood bank crossmatch documentation. Field labels are available in English, French, and Spanish.
